Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Review required. These terms are informational site content and must be reviewed by the site owner and, where appropriate, a qualified legal professional before production publication.
Operator
PDFWhirl is operated by Kotipalli Srikesh in India. This operator information does not by itself select governing law or jurisdiction; those provisions still require review.
Acceptance
By using PDFWhirl, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload files or use the service.
Permitted use
You may use available tools for lawful document processing when you have the rights and authority needed for the files and requested operations.
Prohibited use
You must not use the service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with service operation, bypass limits or access controls, or process content you are not authorized to use.
Your files and intellectual property
You remain responsible for uploaded files, the instructions you submit, and downloaded outputs. You must hold or obtain any intellectual-property, privacy, and other permissions required for that material.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, a strong password, and activity performed through your credentials. Email support@pdfwhirl.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
Free and paid services
Public tools are currently presented without a paid checkout. References to future plans are not an offer of specific features or pricing. Any paid service will require clear terms, pricing, and billing controls before launch.
Availability and changes
Tools, limits, and service availability can change. Operations may be delayed or unavailable because of maintenance, dependencies, invalid files, or failures. No uninterrupted-service guarantee is made.
Outputs and backups
Document conversions can change layout, fonts, metadata, images, accessibility, or other properties. Review outputs before relying on them. Keep your own originals and backups.
Third-party services
PDFWhirl uses Railway for application-service hosting and Cloudflare services for site delivery, including Cloudflare R2 for object storage. It also depends on database, queue, and other infrastructure services. Their availability and terms can affect the service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or ended to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms. The owner must define any account appeal and deletion process before paid services launch.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not professional legal, compliance, archival, or records-management advice. Any liability exclusions or limits must be reviewed for the laws that apply to the site owner and users.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. See the Contact page for published channels.
